HNO-OHL Under 15 Camp Applications

Applications are now being accepted for 2000 born players, coaches and trainers for the 2015 HNO-OHL U15 Camp.
Dear Player and Family:
Please accept our invitation to apply to participate in the 2015 HNO/OHL Under 15 Program of Excellence Camp. This program is the only Hockey Northwestern Ontario (HNO) and Ontario Hockey League (OHL) combined sanctioned event for the 2000 age group in Ontario. This will be the starting process for evaluation to form a team to participate in the Gold Cup Tournament 2016.
The HNO/OHL Under 15 Program of Excellence is a development experience designed to educate and inform players and parents. The goals of the program include: to introduce players, families and staff to high performance hockey, the Program of Excellence and the Ontario Hockey League; to create a unique and special life and hockey experience for all players and staff involved; and to develop players and staff both on and off the ice.
Players will participate in intense, high performance on and off ice sessions and seminars. On-ice sessions include a practice, on ice testing by HockeyTech and three games. Off-ice sessions include fitness testing and seminars with keynote speakers on topics such as mental health, nutrition, and fitness.
The program is open to all male players who are born in 2000 and registered within HNO; priority will be given to players competing at AA and AAA levels. All teams will be coached by OHL and HNO personnel. Registration will be around noon on the 17th of April, but will confirm when player has been accepted.
The online application process is now open and will run until March 15, 2015. Confirmation of registration will be provided via email beginning on March 18th, 2015. Once a player is notified that he had been accepted, a website link will be provided which will contain payment information.
