Teams travelling out of the country should purchase out of country insurance as a supplement to Provincial and Hockey Canada supplemental insurance.


In order to avoid potential disqualification, teams should have a copy of the Hockey Canada Registry approved roster and travel permit available for inspection at the tournament/exhibition.

Refund Policy 

Since travel permits are required under Hockey Canada’s Regulations and Hockey Northwestern Ontario Regulations.  No refunds will be issued for travel permits that are requested and invoiced to the Minor Hockey Association.  We strongly suggest not applying for a travel permit until you have confirmation that your team is accepted into the tournament
